Academics Location
At Nebrija, students can pursue courses in international business in English and Spanish, Spanish language study, and Hispanic Studies. Hispanic Studies is a multi-disciplinary program of Spanish-language courses in culture, history, sociology, art history, political science and business. English-language international business courses count as College of Business Administration requirements or electives so business students can complete their programs on time while gaining valuable language and cross-cultural skills abroad. It is strongly recommended that students complete the equivalent of one year of Spanish at Rider prior to study abroad since most courses are taught in Spanish. A limited number of non-business courses are also offered in English.

Student Life
Students live with a Spanish family, and thus integrate fully into Spanish society and make lifelong friends. Students choose between full and half board. Full board is recommended, and consists of three daily meals. Laundry service is provided. Rider's local advisor, Manuel Marchamalo, works to help Rider students make a smooth transition into the Spanish culture and academic environment. He will assist you, along with Antonio Marchamalo – academic advisor emeritus and tutor - with any academic or non-academic issues throughout the semester. At all times, they are in close contact with the Office of International Programs.
