Learn about the arts and spend two weeks traveling to Dublin & Rome for a critical study of music, theater, and dance.  Students attend performances, guided tours, and special excursions while abroad.  There will be 2 mandatory group meetings prior to departure and this trip will accept 30 students maximum.

Itinerary/Syllabus Travel Costs
The program includes travel to Dublin & Rome, where students will enjoy the sites and experience the arts from a new cultural perspective.  Arts Abroad Updated Itinerary.pdf

In Rome, students will have a guided visit to Vatican City, ancient Rome tour and evening music performances. Students will visit Rome from January 5th - 12th.

In Dublin, planned events include a guided walking tour, an evening performance at the Abby and Olympia theaters, St. Patrick's Cathedral and morning tour of Malahide Castle. Evening traditional Irish dancing is also included. Students will also visit the Old Jameson Distillery and Guinness Brewery.

*Please print the following payment forms and take to the cashier's office and bring the receipt to the CIE office, BLC 124.

Application & Deposit instructions:
Students are required to pay a non-refundable$100 application fee. (If you are not accepted into the program the application fee will be refunded.)

In addition, students are to pay a $500 deposit that is refundable in full prior to 8/01/2017.  Payment can be made by check, cash, or credit made payable to Rider University. 
**The  program cost is $3,000 + $100 application fee. This includes international air, all transportation in Rome & Dublin, hotels, breakfast every day and one welcome dinner in Rome, gratuities for guides and drivers, and all admission fees.

1. $100 Application fee and $500 

2. Second payment of $1495 is due on 9/15/17

3. Third/final payment of $1005is due on 10/15/17

REMINDER: Print and bring the payment form with payment to the Cashiers Office (located on the 2nd floor in the BLC) and then bring the receipt to the CIE office, BLC Suite 124.
